Workspace settings

Access Settings → General to update your company name, timezone, date format, and default currency. The timezone setting affects how timestamps appear in activity timelines and reports.

Team roles & permissions

Baseerat has three built-in roles: Admin (full access including billing and settings), Sales Rep (can manage own deals and contacts), and Viewer (read-only access). Custom roles are available on the Enterprise plan.

Inviting teammates

Go to Settings → Team → Invite. Invites are sent via email and expire after 7 days. Admins can revoke invites or resend them. Seats are counted per active user; deactivated users do not count against your plan.

Security settings

Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users under Settings → Security → Require MFA. You can also set session timeout, restrict login by IP range, and configure SSO (Enterprise plan). We strongly recommend enabling MFA.

Notification preferences

Each user can configure their own notifications under Profile → Notifications. Available channels: in-app, email, and Slack (requires Slack integration). You can notify on deal assignments, stage changes, mentions, and task reminders.
