We built
the CRM we
always wanted.

0.0

For ten years we sold software that pretended to know our customers. We finally built one that actually does — fewer fields, faster pipelines, and AI that earns its keep. This is Baseerat.

From the founders

We didn't set out to build another CRM. We set out to not use one.

Every CRM we'd ever paid for was the same: a database with a face. A dozen mandatory fields nobody filled in. Pipelines built for the manager's slide deck, not the rep's Tuesday afternoon. AI features that summarized emails nobody read.

So we wrote down what we actually wanted: software that watched the work happen, took notes, scored what mattered, and got out of the way. We called it Baseerat — Urdu for insight.

We use it every day. Our reps use it. Our investors use it on their portfolio companies. Nobody has been forced into a training session. Nobody has filed a ticket asking “where do I log a call?”

This is the part of the website where companies usually promise the future. We won't. Just scroll — every claim below is wired to something real.

02  /  The ProductFive things it does. None of them surprising. All of them rare.
STEP 01 / 05

It watches the work.

Every email, call, meeting, and Slack mention is captured automatically. No manual logging. No "did you remember to update the CRM?" Just signal.

  • Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Slack
  • Auto-deduplication
  • 0 fields required at lead capture
STEP 02 / 05

It scores what matters.

Our model reads tone, cadence, fit, and history — then ranks. The hottest 20 leads sit at the top of the rep's screen each morning, with reasons attached.

  • Explainable scoring (no black box)
  • Tunable per ICP
  • Updates in real time
STEP 03 / 05

It writes the next move.

Drafts the follow-up. Suggests the meeting time. Flags the deal that's stalling. Reps approve in one click, or rewrite. The AI proposes — humans dispose.

  • Draft emails (your voice, not GPT)
  • Best-time-to-send detection
  • Stall alerts with proposed action
STEP 04 / 05

It shows you the truth.

Pipelines that match how deals actually move. Forecasts that price in your team's historical bias. Dashboards your CFO will believe.

  • Honest forecasting
  • Cohort views by source
  • Slip detection
STEP 05 / 05

It gets out of the way.

No 47-tab settings panel. No "request access" workflow. The product respects your time the same way we expect our reps to respect their customers'.

  • Setup in 8 minutes
  • No professional services SKU
  • You can leave any time
