Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Baseerat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Use a strong password and enable multi-factor authentication. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; upload malware or malicious content; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer the Service; resell access without written permission; use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your Data
You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the data you store in Baseerat. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. You can export all your data at any time in CSV or JSON format. Upon account deletion, we purge your data within 30 days.
Billing & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Failed payments are retried for 7 days before account suspension. Refunds are issued at our discretion for annual plans within 30 days of purchase. All prices are in USD.
Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Current status is available at baseerat.app/resources/status.
Intellectual Property
Baseerat, its logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Baseerat, Inc. The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baseerat's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate your account for material breach of these terms after 14 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that period, data is permanently deleted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
